The Happiest Place On Earth

So I have been horrible at blogging lately. So much has happened so I thought I might try to catch up on a few things. First of all, Disneyland!!! We went with Adam's brother's family and it could not have been a better time. Here is a picture with all of us and MICKEY!
Bryton and Ashton(Cliff and Casey's son) are very close in age so they loved being together. It was also nice for us adults to get to trade off kids for some of the rides that they were to small to go on. I think the highlight of the trip was Jedi Force Training. Bryton was so excited to get the "force". We waited about a half hour before the show started so that we could be up front Bryton would have a better chance at being picked to participate. luckily they said "young man with the faux hawk please come up" His face said it all he was excited but also a little scared. It was so cute. Of course I was almost in tears seeing my son get the "force" No not because I am Star Wars fan, I actually have never seen any of them and have no desire to, but because my baby is getting so big, and I love him so much.

I think that he was a little scared of Darth Vader, he was really big.

Paige did great she was so good to take a nap everyday in the stroller. She loved seeing all the characters form a far but got a little scared up close. I think that her favorite part was the parades at Disneyland and California Adventure. I am so thankful that we were able to go and spend time together as a family and make great memories.

Hopefully this is the only jail that I will see either one of these boys in :)

Waiting for the Parade to start

Handy Manny and Bryton

Bryton truly believed that he could pull the sword form the stone.
Adam was taking the pictures but Tiger was not going to let him get away without a picture of his own.
Paige was so excited when she first saw Mickey. It was great being there during the Halloween Celebration.Bryton on the bus ride to Disneyland, what a stud.
Back at the hotel.
I need to stop with the pictures I know, but it was such a great time.

Happy Birthday Grandma

Surprise Grandma!! Happy 78th Birthday!!

Everyone who knows my grandma loves her. She is the kindest my thoughtful person I have ever met, I don't know what I would do without her. She is always there for me and all my family. For her 78th Birthday we decided to surprise her, the Tuesday before we left for Disneyland. I felt so bad because we were leaving on her actual B-Day. It actually turned out really well because she had absolutely no idea. I asked her and Kaitlyn to come over and watch the kids for a little while, and of course grandma was happy to do it. When she walked in she found all of her family including her younger sister, who is know in a nursing home in Springville. Grandma goes down there everyday never misses , just to be with her and take care of her. We had Grandmas favorite foods for dinner including fried potatoes, love those. I grew up on them. And just spent time together as a family.

Grandma's reaction.... Of course later she cried, just like all of us do it must have been passed on.

Blowing out the candles!!

Grandma I love you!! I am so thankful everyday for you my life and my children's life. I am thankful for your love, your laughter, your famous back rubs (that I still love today), your strong testimony of the church, and just the way that you make me feel when I am around you. You are truly an angel!! Happy Birthday.

Soccer

I love the fall and this year it has been even better. Bryton got to play soccer for the first time this year. Spanish Fork's soccer program for 4 year olds includes playing with your parents (mom and dad are not big soccer players) so we decided to put him in Springville's. It has been great and Bryton loves it. He says "not as much as baseball though." Bryton celebrating after making a goal.
He is so funny about keeping track of the score. For those of you that know Bryton you know that some times he is a little intense about things, well winning is one of those things. We try to keep telling him that it's for fun and that it was a tie, but he will inform us of the score and if his team won or lost. his coaches have been great and he has learned so much.

Paige's favorite thing to do at the soccer games. Drink grandpa's Pepsi.

This is such a great age to watch they are all so cute.
